BIOCON Group Announces International Partnership with Ecogas for Christchurch Biogas Plant
BIOCON Group is pleased to announce a new international partnership with Ecogas, supporting the delivery of a biogas plant project in Christchurch, New Zealand.
Under a formal purchase agreement, BIOCON Group will supply key components for the development of the new anaerobic digestion facility. The project strengthens BIOCON Group’s international presence while contributing specialist engineering expertise to the growing renewable energy and waste-to-energy sector in New Zealand.
The Christchurch biogas plant will play an important role in sustainable waste management, diverting organic waste from landfill and converting it into renewable energy and valuable bioresources. By supplying critical plant components, BIOCON Group is helping to ensure the facility is built on proven, high-performance infrastructure designed for operational reliability, efficiency and long-term asset resilience.
